If it were me I would make it something like..
Was the firing of Ferguson a good move and will Cliff Fletcher (on an interim basis) Pick up the slack?

1)Yes, Fletcher will do great things for Toronto.
2)No, Ferguson should have stayed on as GM.

or something along those lines.
