There has been a lot of come back victories this year!

I was one of those St. Louis guys, but . . . I'm not out yet. Still heavy on Bruins, and if Minnesota and the Kings win, I still have a decent amount of Western Conference players. Not the high end guys like I have on the Bruins however, so I basically need Boston to go to the final to have a chance. And I need Philly to win.

Lots of IFs, a lot of Game 7's tonight. Really looking forward to catching some of the Rangers/Philly Game, as well as some of that Sharks/Kings game, which should be full-out awesome.

All hail Canada`s team the Montreal Canadiens our hope for a Stanley Cup to come home to Canada is 2014! Keep Calm and Carey on!

Not a prediction, but also not worth starting a new thread so I'll put it here...

Ryan Getzlaf is a beast! I'm watching the Stars/Ducks game right now, what a warrior! Reminds me of a modern day Mark Messier.

Saw the CBJ one and considering its a team that's never won a playoff game I guess I should have included it? The history of Pittsburgh and Fleury made me skip it as many pick them to falter once again. However, CBJ is the one team in particular that I'm sure not many would have picked!

Super tough year . . . I really have zero clue in the West.

You bolded only THOSE two?

Did you miss my massive Columbus pick?!? That has gotta be the biggest upset pick of them all, no?

Even though Dallas and Minny have both lost the first two . . . I wouldn't count either out of it yet. We'll see when they get some home cooking, what happens . . . but that being said, Colorado specifically looks very strong, and I wouldn't bet against them now for sure.

Hitch has been pretty outspoken about the effect the Olys had, physically, on his key players, and how he intended to rest them down the stretch. Perhaps St. Loo's downswing was a great strategy move?

Miller looked kinda dodgy early on, but picked it up, and got the win. I am one of those picking the Blues to go all the way, and I hope their losing ways near the end of the regular season only serves to help them.

The Oil WILL make the playoffs in 2015.

Of course as soon as I say that about Miller he turns aside 35 straight for a triple OT win.

Surprised to see so many people picking St.Louis. They had a rough finish to the regular season, and their forward corps are pretty banged up heading into the post season. My biggest concern with the Blues though is the play of goaltender Ryan Miller. He has been brutal since coming over from the Sabres. Looking at tonight boxscore, it doesn't appear the playoffs have started any better for him..3 goals on the first 7 shots faced.

Boston over Detroit in 7. Detroit is not the team I would want to meet in the first round, so is Boston.

Montréal over Tampa Bay in 6. Will Bishop be back in time? Tampa Bay are counting a lot on rookies for secondary scoring.

Pittsburgh over Columbus in 5. Still a learning curve for Columbus. Fleury wont choke. Crosby is a machine.

NY Rangers over Philly in 7. Hardest serie to predict but I take defense and goalie over offense.

Anaheim over Dallas in 5. Dallas doesn't have the answer to maintain Perry and Getzlaf, but then again maybe Anaheim doesn't have the answer to maintain Seguin and Benn.

San Jose in Los Angeles in 7. Man what a battle, but San Jose just have too much depth out front.

Minnesota over Colorado in 5. Minnesota finish the season strong and now have a lot of weapons. Duchene's injury doesn't help Patrick Roy's team.

Chicago over St-Louis in 7. The late collapse makes me think that St-Louis might not be ready, plus they face the Stanley Cup champs.
