whatever teams wins that brutal southeast division gets swept in the first round of the playoffs by a team seeded lower than them that has more points than them. thats my thoughts

A shame really. Let's be realfor a moment, you can change rules, increase fines, and increase suspensions. But at the end of the day, the players decide what THEY do to one another.
Until the players take responsibility for what they do, all is a moot point.
