Ted Nolan will not return as the islanders head coach on 08-09. any of you islanders fans have any thoughts on this?

I wonder if he'll be able to get a job again? Considering the difficulties he had in his past as a coach, and the fact that he didn't produce for the Islanders. That almost feels like strike two. Am I wrong?

He did good considering what they had, I didn't think they had any chance last year, but they snuck into the playoffs.
