Flyers sign defenseman Radko Gudas to 4-year, $13.4M deal

Philadelphia, PA, United States (4E Sports) - The Philadelphia Flyers have signed defenseman Radko Gudas to a four-year deal reportedly worth $13.4 million.

The 26-year-old Gudas could have become a restricted free agent July 1. He was acquired by Philadelphia, along with first- and third-round picks in the 2015 NHL Draft, from the Tampa Bay Lightning on March 2, 2015, for defenseman Braydon Coburn.

Gudas has 12 goals, 46 points and a minus-3 rating in 202 NHL regular-season games. He had five goals, 14 points and a minus-3 rating in 76 games this season.

Gudas was also second in the NHL with 304 hits and was second on the Flyers with 157 blocked shots.
