Ottawa, ON, Canada (4E Sports) - There is no longer an issue with Ottawa Senators forward Mark Stone's wrist as it is fully healed from the fracture he suffered last season.

Stone fractured his right wrist in Game 1 of their first-round series against the Montreal Canadiens which they lost in six games.

"It's felt great out there the last couple of skates. The shot feels good. The hands feel good. My legs are starting to come along. I feel good and I feel like I'm 100 percent," Stone told the Ottawa Sun.

The 23-year-old tallied 64 points (26 goals, 38 assists) last season in his rookie year in the NHL.

Because of his performance, the Senators agreed to a three-year, $10.5 million extension deal with the forward last June.

Stone said the deal was something he and the Senators are comfortable with adding that it gives him a chance to prove that he can do what he did last season for the years to come.
