Posted - 10/18/2006 : 10:04:28 Spector is reporting that Ziggy Palffy played an exhibition game in Slovakia and could make a return to the NHL. He has to wait a full year as per NHL rules so he should be eligible to play in February. The Penguins still hold his rights so he would have to return to Pittsburgh unless traded. This confirms earlier reports that I have read where Ziggy has stated that his shoulder feels better and he misses playing the game.

Posted - 10/21/2006 : 13:28:38 I'd love to see Palffy back, he was always one of my favorite players. If he goes back to Pittsburgh, he would make a GREAT rent-a-player for a team that wants to make a serious run at the Cup.
