This has got to be the best D in hockey. Brian Burke is a genoius and the Ducks could win the cup this year. Too bad that their new jerseys look like ass.

Such a solid mix of veterans and youth, plus Niedermayer and Pronger leading the defence. This team is 11-0-4 and show no signs of slowing down.

| Ducks are a force. They will wint the cup this year. Unless, of course, there is another upset in the playoffs. That seems to be the new thing lately. |

I think it would be good hockey too. However, I think what ever match up it is will be good hockey with the league as good as it is.
I have heard many people say that Buffalo and Anaheim are a shoe in for the final. Statistically maybe. But when you have San Jose, Dallas, Nashville, Detroit, and an incredibly strong North West Division (Bab's that's just for you) Anaheim has a hard road to get there. And in the East you have Montreal, NY Rangers, Atlanta, Carolina, and New Jersey. It's not a free ride for anyone.
Once the playoffs start, any of those teams have a shot to get there. |
