I had a whole thread about having a team in Saskatoon. Turns out it couldn't sustain a team because of such a small population. "The Saskatoon Penguins"...I like that! |

I am hoping they get a deal done in Vegas,
I think the Las Vegas Desert Penguins would be great!
There logo could be a penguin using a cactus as a stick.
Vegas would likely build a theme rink, a huge Igloo with live penguins inside.
Picture it.

I hope the penguins goes to Vegas, or any where in the western conf. just so us canucks fans can see first hand the talent they have more often, im still on the seattle bandwagon though

| Not anymore. Fortunately I hear they're officially staying in Pittsburgh. Good thing, too...the Pittsburgh Penguins sounds great and they've been there forever...you just can't change the name. Plus, the fans down there are quite dedicated would be real pissed off if you took the Crosby-Malkin-Staal spectacle away from them. |
