apparently even Komisarek can't shed any light on it. It surfaced Saturday, but nothing has come of it yet from the Leafs or Komisarek.
I wonder if the Leafs can use this to void the remainder of his contract...  |

Haven't heard anything on this but i am sure it will be surfacinig in all the ontario papers & canadian sports networks in the coming days if it is indeed true. How many leaf fans would be excited to see that contract potentially void?
Being that he is a sports star it will be tossed under the rug and nothing further will come of it. (Kobe Bryant rape case, Ben Roethlisberger two sexual assault cases, Duke Lacrosse team supposed sexual assault, ARod caught with the hooker/stripper in Toronto, Kane punching the cabbie) Only such incident i can recall an athlete paying consequences was Mike Tyson but that explains that all to well.
If indeed this is true it is ashame that these guys have the world by the balls and still cant put their ego's aside and learn a little respect for the common folk or in most of these specific incidents women. Is it a coincidence that you almost never hear of candian athletes pulling these stunts? Just a thought about the difference in athletes mentalities growing up in each country obviously not a representation of the countries as a whole.

You never know these days. Some athletes are so full of testosterone they can hardly control themselves. But on the other hand...we all know that women love $$ and fame.(not necessarily all women) You see these cases on TV all the time. But being the "superstar"(laughable) that he is, he'll probably be found "not guilty". As for whether he did it or not, we can only speculate.
If I was playing like him, I'd probably hit someone who couldn't defend herself too.
