Chara all the way, former hardest shot winner, always is on the PP, it also helps that he's 6'9".
There was once a license plate in Toronto that abbreviated "Go Leafs" it read "Golfs". |

Weber then Chara then Green
Weber's shot is less powerful on a regular basis then Chara's but his accuracy is far better
Chara may have the most consistent hardest shot in the NHL
Green and Ehrhoff are the most accurate slap shots as far as i can tell, due to forwards not taking slap shots, but Greens shot is stronger so Green is #3
Weber does not score because he is supposed to play a defensive roll on 5 on 5, because of that they win.

Chara hands down. 105 mph coming at you would scare the heck outta me...... not that i'd be able to react nor see the shot.  |

i'm likeing the Shane O'brien love,,, but he is a close second to Weaber,,, another guy who could be mentioned not so much for velocity but the sheer quickness of the release very similar to Stamkos is Cammalleri
