I was watching tsn earlier and they were talking about Nabokov wanting to return to the NHL and they were discussing potential teams he could go to and the teams they brought up were Tampa bay and the islanders.

So my question is, what team do you think he is most likely to go to or which team would most benifit him?

haha, yeah, I'm not sure how NYI is in the running for Nabby - nor do I think that Nabby would be interested in signing there. He'll want a contender, or at least a team that will actually make the playoffs.

I mentioned in another thread that I thought TB would be a likely candidate - they have a (desperate) need for a solid ESTABLISHED goaltender, they have cap space galore, and they are looking to be a solid bet to make the post season.

PHI simply cannot afford him without waiving one or two players or more, they're already into LTIR space

Did R. Dipietro's contract run out already? That was a quick decade and a half!
