Posted - 12/22/2010 : 20:46:34 at least DiPietro is consistent, its always the knees. Salo (and Connolly) continue to surprise with the ways they hurt themselves. Salo tore his achilles tendon training in the summer....playing floor hockey! |

NYI are better off without DiPietro, so it doesn't really make a difference if he is injury prone. Connolly gets points, but he is not a person you pick in the top 100 of a hockey pool. Gaborik is really injury prone but he is a big difference maker. Yep Salo has got injured from everything possible.
I think Tim Connolly did break his armpit, didn't he dislocate his arm before. (same thing right )

Dipietro is a good goalie a very good goalie infact he's just impossible to keep healthy, if Dipietro were healthy he would be a top 15 starter in the NHL

Posted - 12/22/2010 : 15:29:42 Sami Salo, same thing. I think Salo might have hurt everything on his body at least once during his time with the Canucks. Last playoffs testicle incident got the last checkbox filled. |
