36 year old Mike Grier has decided to hang up the skates after 14 years in the NHL.
Grier had 383 points in 1,060 games for 4 different teams.
He was such a great player; you could always count on him to give 100% every shift and wasn't afraid to get into the dirty areas.

Not to mention the only teams I remember that Grier played 4 of the bat are: Edmonton, Buffalo and San Jose

Yeah, i understand, but i wasn't arguing the fact, i was just saying that if someone had asked me without looking it up, i'd have guessed he only played 9 or 10 years.  |

Mike Grier was a great player went MTL signed Laraque i was hoping they signed Grier instead.

Wow, if you'd asked me to guess, i'd have said he played 9 or 10 years tops!
Indeed a very good role player for many years. |
