Andy Sutton has been suspended for two games after hitting Pascal Dupuis from behind. heres a link to the story.

This is just another dirty play. there was no need for sutton to hit dupuis there. Why is there such a lack of respect between player now a days? what do u guys think of this hit and what do u think about the suspension. |

Two stupid plays on that hit. Dupuis should not be putting himself in that position. If you're gonna grind on the boards - get on the boards! Standing three feet away can only lead to injury.
Second stupid play was of course Sutton taking the shot. But, as a thrower of a few stupid hits in my career I know that what motivates you to throw a hit like that cannot be explained, even by yourself. I'm sure didn't feel good about it once he realized what he'd done. |

That hit was brutal and it looked totally intentional although he says it wasn't. In my opinion the suspension is not long enough. It may be because of his remorse or because they played together before but that should not be a factor. From the story it seems he really dislikes Tucker...I wonder why.
