The Wild have signed Theodore to a one year $1.1m contract !

Crap, and I picked him up in my draft as the extra goalie, thinking he'd get signed by Washington.
I suppose Backstrom could get injured . . .

it s kinda hard to believe this is a former hart trophy winner struggling to find work in the NHL. It also fell on a bad year for him with goalies like Turco, Ellis, Nemi, there was more Goalie talent then jobs available this year, and with more and more than tendancy to sign young goalies for cheap with untapped potential guys likw Theo and Turco are taking huge salary dumps in order to stay in the NHL. Turco was makeing over 5 mil last year and Theo over 4 and both have signed for about 1 million this year, these are huge downgrades for two goalies that were once house hold names...
