always liked 13 something cool about a player who takes a number that is notorious for being unlucky puts it on his back it sorta says "yeah i'm that good i don't need luck",,, and as a goalie i always wore 38

#23 's my jersey when I play pickup at the outdoor rink.
Oddly enough, I picked it up when I played basketball in high school.
As a fan, there are plenty to pick from - Beans has it pretty much on though - 99 and 4 (both for Orr and Beliveau) first and foremost. I've always liked 19 for Yzerman too.

#17.... because that's the number Gary Unger wore with the Leafs when he was a rookie. He used to babysit us in Calgary with his girlfriend when he played for the jrs there.
I wore it all through my playing days. |

First time I played NHL 95 I created my player and I fell randomly on the number 81. It has been my number ever since. |
