No doubt, these are two of the best lines in hockey. Which of these lines would you rather have as your 1st lines to start the playoffs?

Bring back the Jets!

I don't think that Kane, Toews and Sharp play on the same line.

But then again, I could be wrong.

You are correct - they do not play together except for on the PP or when CHI is losing and needs to "load them up".

They split Toews/Kane/Sharp/Hossa between their top 2 lines, 2 on each. I don't know which ones go with which though.

For the playoffs, I would take the ANA line personally. I love the Sedin's, but you can't argue with scoring touch AND the size that the ANA line brings to the table. That line is a great combination of both.

To AwesomeOne: Before Patrick Sharp got injured, he was playing with Toews & Kane for quite awhile. Quenneville does mix up his lines quite a bit though and earlier in the year, those three were not playing together. Having said that, Bobby Ryan didn't play with Getzlaf ( plus he was hurt too ) and Perry and earlier in the year, Burrows wasn't with the Sedins.

The St.Louis/Stamkos duo in TB isn't that far behind, combining for 184 points. And Ryan Getzlaf has missed a fair amount of time this season, had he played in all 79 games, then he'd be up around the 90 point mark right now as well.

Both the VAN & ANA are incredible lines, but it's hard to go against the Sedins right now.

Good question Doublechamp!

I have to give the slight edge to the Vancouver line of Sedin, Sedin and Burrows – and mostly because the Sedins are so good, regardless of who completes their line.

It's very close though, because either of Anaheim's wingers (Ryan or Perry) are better than Burrows, but it's hard to compete with the Sedins, who right now, have 192 points between them. No other two-some comes close.

Another thing is that the Canucks don't overuse the Sedins. Their line averages 18 minutes per game, and the Ducks line of Getzlaf, Perry and Ryan average about 21 minutes per game. The Sedins line could play more (they don't need to, especially with Vancouver's more balanced line-up), and they would rack up more points by doing so.

One other statistic (and it's only a statistic) which leans toward the Vancouver line's favour is plus/minus. Both teams play in the Western Conference, and the Vancouver #1 line is sitting at +78, while the Ducks #1 line is sitting at only +31. That's quite a difference.

When comparing combined points, it's pretty close between the two lines, but another factor in the Vancouver line's favour is how they do in the faceoff circle. Henrik Sedin is 52% compared to Getzlaf, who is sitting at 45% – another edge which goes to Vancouver's #1 line.

No disrespect to Getzlaf, Perry and Ryan – they're a formidable and dominating line, but my opinion is that Sedin, Sedin and Burrows are the better line right now.

But wouldn't it be great to see these two lines face off in the first round of the playoffs!

I agree with the Ducks trio though. They're probably # 1.

There was once a license plate in Toronto that abbreviated "Go Leafs" it read "Golfs".

The Ducks Trio. Burrow's is the odd man out of the 6, which gives the Ducks the edge. Plus playoff success doesn't hurt

Obviously these are both incredibly good lines, however I would have to go with the Ducks line.

I like the size and strength of the ducks line over the canucks line. I also like the fact that the Ducks top line minus Ryan is battle proven. Both lines have been big parts of their teams in past playoffs, but only one has walked away with their name on the cup. If the Sedins can finally prove they have what it takes to win the cup It would definitely be harder for me to decide which line I would take
