Who will be the 2 defencemen on the All-Rookie team this year?

Bring back the Jets!

I'd be surprised if it's not Subban and Carlson. From everything i've heard, Carlson was a huge reason why the Caps improved defensively. Not the only reason, but a big reason why others were left play other roles and why they still did so well with Green having an off year offensively and some injuries!

Subban, i may be biased on, but the more i watch this guy, the more i wish he were on the Canucks! I love watching this kid play!!! Shattenkirk's numbers are actually better, especially after his trade to St. Louis so maybe he sneaks in there ahead of PK?

Fowler, big props for making "the show" at such a young age, but when you're a -25 while teammate and fellow dman Tony Lydman is +32, it shows you've got a lot to learn!

I voted Subban & Carlson. I just looked at the stats though, and didn't realize Shattenkirk finished with quite as many points as he did. 43 points in 73 games is pretty impressive for a rookie blueliner.

I'd throw Cam Fowler's name into the mix as well. Not only did he make the Ducks right out of camp as an 18 year old, but he was a key contributer for them all season. 40 points, 22+ minutes of icetime a game (Subban, Carlson also averaged about 22:30 a game, Shattenkirk 19). Not a very good +/- though.
