 Other players have led the playoffs in scoring without appearing in the Finals, but only Forsberg did it twice.
 
 Others to do it include:
 Phil Esposito in 1969 (it was Montreal vs St. Louis)
 Bill Goldsworthy in 1968 (also Montreal vs St. Louis)
