It is good.

It has its flaws (one hour games getting decided by two minutes of uncontested breakaways being the obvious ones... also, it kills any sense of urgency in overtime. and when a team like Toronto gets kicked out by another team winning a shootout, it leaves a bad taste in my mouth!)

But none the less, I like it. It makes some very nice highlight reel footage.

The Shoot Out is great. Fans love it and I think the players like it too.
