Very funny post!
I'm sure many of you have taken the opportunity to look at Pat Falloon's stats (which I just did). I was a bit surprised to see him with 322 points (575) games over the course of 8 NHL seasons.
Most surprising was how well he did in his rookie year. 59 points is pretty good for a rookie (25 goals, 34 assists), which is probably more points than Taylor Hall will get this season. (Hall has 40 points in 64 games thus far.)
Based on the above, you can put me down for $12.00 for the autographed stick! :) |

While yes those are respectable numbers, so much more was expected of Falloon!
That 1991 draft was very hit & miss. Poor Sharks, they drafted Falloon 2nd overall...Eric Lindros went 1st, Scott Niedermayer 3rd, and Peter Forsberg 6th. |

Ouch! Passed up Niedermayer AND Forsberg? That's gotta sting! Just shows you, nothing is a guarantee when it comes to drafting these young kids! |
