I have a pool and 4 teams in it right now but no one else can view the pool that is in the pool something about it needed to be activated... how do I activate the pool?

As it says in the setup process. You simply click on the link in the email that you were sent after your set up your Pool ID. If you did not receive an activation email it is likely that your misspelled your email address. Please double check that in your settings. Just log in as the administrator and check the settings.

If you provide us with your pool name I can activate it on our end.
