I created a new pool yesterday and when i try to login this message appear:

---There was one or more errors while submitting the form:
The selected Pool has not been activated yet. Contact your
Pool Administrator to activate the pool before retrying.
Pool Name : jimlanglois----

how long it take to activate this pool??

To activate your pool just click on the link in the email you received after you created your Pool ID. If you didn't get one it is likely that you mistyped your email address. Be sure to double check that.

Anyway. I have activated your pool from this end so you are in business.
