OF COURSE THEY WILL!!!!

There was once a license plate in Toronto that abbreviated "Go Leafs" it read "Golfs".

I can't see them making it if crosby as recently reported is not likely to comeback until playoff time... sure hope he does for my hockey pool

its unlikely that PIT will miss the playoffs, but they will certainly sink in the standings some - esp if Crosby doesn't come back soon.

9th place is currently 15 points behind them, with 30 games to go. I don't see PIT losing every one of their last 30 games... They would have to lose 70% of what they have left AND Carolina or Buffalo would have to play .600 hockey to catch them. A lot of things have to lineup for PIT to miss the post season.

Not a chance we miss the playoffs and prior to the injuries i was excited about a second cup in three yrs since we have finally learn't how to play team d and where a top 5 team in the league while never playing with our three stars.

Now i know we will make the playoffs but am already disheartened and must admit we are done in the first two rds

If pittsburgh is smart they should keep crosby out for the rest of this hockey season and playoffs, they have slim odds with Malkin out and unless they make some great trades should just rest him until next year
