    | Poll Question: What do you think is more important to have on a team?
 (You can not say all.)

                      | I said chemistry, because you can see with the rangers a few years ago that they were a stacked team but they never even made the playoffs. This is somewhat to do with the coaches though (putting the right lines together).

                      | I think better chemistry is more important to have. For example, the Canucks have not the greatest players, but with all that chemistry in the line-ups, it makes the players even better.
(The coaches are 2nd for me because they put the lines together.)

                      | I gotta go with Chemistry, that was a really good example with the rangers from a few years ago, they sucked. look at the Twins, do you think either of them would be point a game players this year if they were on seperate teams, I dont think so.

                      | It has to be chemistry. If your players cannot work well together with the team or their linemates then your chances of winning drop very drastically.

                      | Chemstiry is important. It makes the players good. |

                      | You can have good players and good coaches, but unless they have good chemistry they'll go nowhere. (Examples--the Rangers, the Penguins last year, the Kings) |

Pens had no skill last year except for Crosby and Fleury.

                      | Right, but Crosby had enough skill to at least help the team a bit, but there it's tough to maintain chemistry between a player of his skill level and someone who sucks.
Although I think this year would actually be a better example--they weren't doing so great until recently when they made a big push. It takes time for the chemistry to develop between good players

                      | Chemistry is the best because if your team can work together and fool the team, then you will have a better chance of scoring instead of always giving it to the best player.
 PS. Almost 500 LF
