Is it me, or were the referees in the canucks oilers game blind,deaf, and retarded? I seriously can't recall a game called more one sidedly called. Kyle Rehman and Mike Leggo need to buy some glasses or stop accepting bribes.

I watched that game too and I have to admit the Oilers didn't get many calls. I was really surprised that high stick was missed when it happened right in front of the ref and he was looking right at it

Leigh, are you referring to the RNH high stick that was called after the fact by a linesman? I was surprised too. I also was quite shocked that there weren't the usual make-up calls to the Oilers. I thought for sure they'd get a few PP's in the 3rd but it obviously didn't happen.

The biggest shock though for me was the first 4 min PP the Canucks got when Hordichuk and Eager had their "run in" with Lapierre. It's not often you see a 4 min PP out of an altercation like that. Usually it's either even, or at best, an extra 2 to one team, but 4???

when vande de valve got hit from behind, then eager got the penalty; that was the worst.
