Iginla will score 60 if his linemates keep playing the way they are now. Just a pure finisher. |

Kovalchuk, and Ovechkin are pure goal scorers, they have the best chance of hitting 60, but I do not think any player will do it this year.
Iginla can score but he has so much more to offer, if his team needs toughness then that is what he brings to the game, at present no one else is scoring so he seems to be doing it all...
There are always big changes after the all star break, we will have to waite and see what players come out of the all star break with their game faces on for the rest of the season...

Come on, no WAY?
Kovalchuk is an amazing, amazing player. Atlanta passed up on crzy offers to get his draft pick. He is the new Russian Rocket. He can snipe with the best of them, can do it by himself, has a sixth sense that anticipates the goalie's tendencies... and who are we kiddin, he is selfish, on a bad team he will work extra hard to get it.
And you want to tell me NO WAY he gets it? We are all entitled to opinion, but something like that desereves elaboration my friend

I think Ovi will do it first he is a great natural goal scorer he is the heart and soul of the washington team, tough in the corners and a two way player, and i guess washington agrees too they gave him that huge contract the other night good for him and i hope he gets his 60 first

Ovechkin if anyone this year. The guy gets about 100 more shots than Kovalchuk and obviously doesn't rely on any support to score. However i would like to see both get 60 this year.
