You create an ultimate team that is within the cap, and give opinions on others.
So the guy walks into the bar with a dog and starts to watch the oilers game. They score and the dog does a flip in the air. The bartender says "That was cool, what does he do when they win?" to which the guy replies "I don't know, I've only had him for 15 years."

Just to say, the cap is 56.800 million.
My team:
Forwards-Crosby, Parise, Lucic, Hall, Stamkos, Bourque, Tanguay, Laich, Downie, Prust, Madden, Talbot.
Defense-Doughty, Liles, Giordano, Kronwall, Subban, Yandle.
Goalie-Miller, Rask.
Salary- 56.575

I think there was a similar thread somewhere already.
Sorry to burst your bubble, but your definitions are off.
First of all the cap is $59.4million this year.
Secondly, your team, is using cap hits, not salaries. (At salary, your team is 51.83mil, a way smaller number than 56.75mil)
And, clearly, you are sympathetic towards Calgary/Tampa. You have 5 players from their lineups.
And, you should add 1 or 2 players as healthy scratches. |
