Which factor of the L.A. Kings made them capable of winning the Stanley Cup?

other, winning more playoff game's then any other team this year was a huge factor..... come on. |

It's never just 1 factor. I think your first 4 factors are all part of it; the next 2 not so much.
Quick, Kopitar, Doughty, Brown were all huge pieces and all deserved to be in the conn smythe conversation. They had an amazing supporting cast with the likes of Carter/Richards/Gagne/Williams on offense, all of whom have played on the first line on other teams, and solid supporting D.
Coaching was also huge, considering how they couldn't put it together at all and essentially had no offense before the coaching change.
They were also pretty much all healthy throughout the playoffs, aside from Gagne. In the first round, they also played against an overrated team that was without its best scorer and that refuses to play the better of their 2 goalies, which gave the Kings a ton of confidence for the rest of their run. |
