Since there is non-Nhl teams why isnt team canada there?

I'm going partly off the list: Calgary, Boston, and Tampa Bay.

There was once a license plate in Toronto that abbreviated "Go Leafs" it read "Golfs".

I really don't get how the Moncton Wildcats and the St. John's Sea Dogs make this list.

How can you really compare Amateur teams to NHL teams?
