Well, Alex pretty much has round 1 in the bag, so the next one will be:

You know the deal, could Semin and C.M. give us their teams and some insight please?
There was once a license plate in Toronto that abbreviated "Go Leafs" it read "Golfs".

Sorry for posting before teams are described, but for me the choice is Canucks Man.
They go toe-to-toe in terms of top-end forward talent (CM has Crosby, Selanne, St. Louis, Recchi, Naslund, Linden, C. Lemieux, Palffy, Demitra, Kesler, R. Whitney, Yashin; SR has: Yzerman, Modano, Iginla, Kovalchuk, Stastny, Kopitar, Semin, Doan, Koivu, Koivu, Morrow, Langenbrunner)
I just can't say in goaltending who is better, with SR's Vokoun & Thomas versus CM's Lundqvist and Osgood.
So for me, it comes down to defense. CM has: Lidstrom, Ohlund, Salo, TImonen, Ehrhoff, Aucoin. SR has: Volchenkov, Edler, Hamrlik, Weinrich, Kubina, Spacek.
In my opinion, Lidstrom tips the scales in CM's favour. |
